Some river flooding is possible, especially later in the week, due to rain and snowmelt runoff. As of Monday morning, the National Water Prediction Service said that the Skagit River will rise to “action stage” from Wednesday through Sunday. Action stage means preparation for and monitoring of hydrologic activity is recommended.
