The Israeli military said Sunday it killed Nabil Kaouk, another high-ranking Hezbollah official, a day after the Lebanese militant group confirmed the death of multiple commanders, including longtime leader Hassan Nasrallah.

The strike on power stations and a seaport, which killed four people, was the second known time that Israel has retaliated against the militant group’ attacks by striking in Yemen.

The Israeli army targeted a power plant and ports in Yemen in revenge for Houthi missile attacks, marking a fresh exchange in another front of the regional conflict. In a statement, the IDF said it had conducted a “large-scale air operation” with dozens of air force aircraft, including fighter jets and intelligence planes.
