Rudy Giuliani is expected to appear in a federal courtroom in Washington, D.C. Friday where a judge will weigh a request to hold the former Mayor of New York City in contempt in his defamation case.

A judge in New York found Giuliani in contempt of court on Monday for failing to comply with orders to turn over information about his assets to two former election workers.

Rudolph W. Giuliani has been found in contempt of court a second time in a week, this time for continuing to lie about two former Georgia election workers.
