President Donald Trump made a series of statements elaborating on his plans for Gaza on Monday, including raising the possibility that he could withdraw aid to Jordan and Egypt if they do not take in Palestinians and saying “all hell is going to break out” if hostages aren’t returned by Saturday.

The president turned up the pressure on the two nations to agree to his proposal for them to house the Palestinian population of Gaza and said the Palestinians would not have the right to return to the territory.
