Roads are likely to be slippery, no matter how much snow falls, and visibility could be reduced where heavier snow is falling, officials said.

Most parts of the state will see one or two inches of snow on Saturday, but areas more to the west and south could see higher totals.

Snow is on its way to Metro Detroit. Once it arrives Friday, it will continue to fall into the weekend, dropping around 2-3 inches on Southeast Michigan.
