The Miami Heat are listing Jimmy Butler as doubtful for their game Thursday at Orlando, saying he needs time to recondition before returning to the lineup.

A source who has spoken to multiple teams told The Miami Herald that Butler is considered available on the trade market. Butler was non-committal when asked earlier this month if he wants to remain with the Heat. But there’s nothing to suggest that a deal was imminent, and no indication that the Heat would cave to his preferences.

Jimmy Butler is ready for a change of scenery. According to ESPN's Shams Charania, the Miami Heat star "prefers" a trade out of town by the Feb. 6 trade deadline. However, he reportedly hasn't formally asked the Heat for a trade.
