Netflix has just debuted a new Tomb Raider series starring Hailey Atwell voicing Lara Croft herself, but it disappoints compared to other animated adaptations.

The Legend of Lara Croft actor Hayley Atwell says she is open to reprising her role as the treasure-hunting archaeologist, either in a second season of the Netflix series or another project entirely.

Tomb Raider fans, bless them, spend a lot of time wondering how the series all syncs up. If the Lara Croft we saw in the original ’90s games is the same one as the rougher-around-the-edges Lara from the Survivor trilogy, then what happened in between to have it all make sense?
