The U.S. Seventh Circuit court of appeals sided with the NCAA and denied Nyzier Fourqurean the chance to compete for the Badgers this season.

Wisconsin cornerback Nyzier Fourqurean, an expected starter for the Badgers, may no longer be eligible to compete this season after a federal appeals court overturned a lower-court decision granting him an extra year of eligibility.
