GREENSBORO, N.C. — A 47-year-old Greensboro woman was killed Saturday evening after being hit by a car while trying to cross Interstate 40, according to the Greensboro Police Department.
Officers said the pedestrian died at the scene from injuries sustained in the crash. Her family has been notified.
