The Dallas Mavericks fell to the Boston Celtics in an NBA Finals rematch on Saturday evening, 122-107. While it was a disappointing result for the Mavs, there was one shining moment for them.

Grimes was chosen with the No. 25 overall pick in the 2021 NBA Draft and had his rights traded on draft night to the New York Knicks, where he spent his first three seasons in the league. Last year, Grimes was dealt to the Detroit Pistons at the deadline, where he played just six games before an injury cut his season short.

Grimes (back) has been cleared to play in Wednesday's game against the Timberwolves. After missing Monday's game against the Hornets, Grimes will get back on the floor Wednesday for the Mavericks against Minnesota.
