A former Tennessee Vols quarterback is officially heading to Gainesville to play for the Florida Gators. According to a report from On3, former Tennessee quarterback Harrison Bailey committed to Florida on Monday.

Tennessee got off to a 14-0 start to the season, but the Vols first loss of the year was an ugly one. Florida pounded Tennessee 73-43 last Tuesday in Gainesville as UT scored its fewest points ever under head coach Rick Barnes.

Florida beat a No. 1 team for the first time in regular season program history. For the 11,000 fans at the O'Connell Center, it felt like a return to the Gator glory days.

"We're going to prioritize students," Florida athletic director Scott Stricklin said Wednesday as he responded to the student ticket controversy before Tuesday's game vs. Tennessee.
