EAGLE PASS, Texas — Vice President J.D. Vance is scheduled to make a visit to the southern border on Wednesday. He's planning to visit Eagle Pass and Laughlin Air Force Base near Del Rio. During his visit, he also plans to tour an immigration processing facility.
