Open your HTML file in a text editor. Ensure that the divider for the navigation bar, identified with a tag, is located directly following the divider for the header.

It's difficult and time-consuming to create a new iWeb template from scratch, but as Adam Berenstain discovered, just creating a new nav bar can give your iWeb design a unique look.

Create a section for your CSS style sheet in the header of your HTML page. Link to an external CSS style sheet as an alternative for larger stylesheets.

CSS works in combination with HTML. We can create buttons, links, and other elements using HTML and then using CSS we can change those elements’ size, color, position, etc.

To create a library, click Libraries in the Navigation Bar. In Windows 7, click New library in the toolbar near the top of the window. In Windows 8, click the Home tab, then select New item>Library.
