The Dallas Mavericks dropped their fourth straight game on Thursday night, losing to the Utah Jazz 115-113. Some of the same issues that have plagued the Mavs reared their ugly heads, including Luka Doncic making another mistake in the clutch.

Dallas' latest defeat was quite the heartbreaker. After Klay Thompson tied things up 113-113 with 27 seconds left, the Mavs had a real opportunity to extend the game. However, a defensive miscue with less than 10 seconds left saw Jazz forward John Collins wide open from near the rim.

The Slovenian had 37 points, seven rebounds and nine assists for Dallas in an otherwise impressive showing, especially without Kyrie Irving, who missed the game with a shoulder injury
