No Red Sox minor-leaguer played in more games this season than outfield prospect Allan Castro. Castro appeared in 123 total games while splitting the season between High-A Greenville and Double-A Portland.

Red Sox pitching prospect Jedixson Paez was the youngest in the organization to reach the century mark in strikeouts this season. Paez, 20, struck out 113 of the 390 batters he faced in 2024.

Brainer Bonaci had emerged as an intriguing Red Sox prospect by the end of 2023. But he was suspended for all of last year for violating serious league policies and has now been released by the organization.

With their season in the rearview, the Boston Red Sox are looking forward to an offseason that will hopefully bring moves that make them contenders in 2025 and years to come. Chief baseball officer Craig Breslow will be tasked with evaluating the team's needs and making the right moves throughout the offseason to fill those holes through either trades or free agency.
