The Bethlehem Planning Commission heard a proposal for 67 single-family homes on 58 acres known as the "Gold Tract" along Township Line Road.

The community by Metro Development Group is a build-to-rent, or BTR, community. BTRs across the Tampa-area have grown by 300% in the past five years, according the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
