After hitting the slopes with her husband Justin and celebrity friends like Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Hailey brought out a classic California 9-to-5 silhouette for a Beverly Hills dinner last night: the pantsless look with a blazer.

For one of her Aspen outings, Bieber traded her aprés ski wardrobe for a corpcore aesthetic. She donned a sleek oversized black blazer that was tailored to perfection, with extra-long sleeves and an extended V-neck. She kept her top and bottom buttons undone, giving a peek at her skin-colored minidress underneath.

Dressing up for the office can understandably get droll, boring, and repetitive—unless, of course, you’re Hailey Bieber. In a new Instagram photo dump, the cosmetics and skincare maven just demonstrated her take on business casual (pants need not be required).
