The lawsuit came less than a day after the Department of Homeland Security said it would block international students from enrolling at Harvard University.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem moved Thursday to kick out thousands of foreign students enrolled at Harvard University and accused its leaders of “fostering violence, antisemitism, and pro-terrorist conduct from students on its campus.
