A Maricopa County judge has ruled the case against a teen charged in a terror plot to attack the 2024 Phoenix Pride Parade will stay in adult court.

Representatives of the nonprofit Living United for Change in Arizona and the Arizona Center for Empowerment gathered at the Capitol for People’s Day to press their agenda for budget priorities.

A judge Thursday ordered a brief pause on releasing identifies of FBI employees who investigated the attacks on Jan. 6, 2021,at the U.S. Capitol.
