Votes for a medical marijuana ballot measure in Arkansas won’t be counted after the state Supreme Court ruled Monday that the measure didn’t fully inform the voter what it would do. The decision comes just two weeks before Election Day.

Another issue before the court is a challenge to the amendment's ballot language. Protect Arkansas Kids, a ballot question committee opposed to the amendment, argues the ballot title and popular name, language to describe the measure on the ballot, is misleading.
