On 04.09.2025 in the walk-in cooler a container of chimichurri was observed with a date mark stating "3.31" and a container of pico de gallo was observed with a date mark stating "3.28".

Cheese dip was reheated to 140 degrees and placed in a hot hold unit. Beans prepared the night prior to the inspection were observed at 54 degrees in the walk-in cooler.
