The new preview version also makes settings from settings.json available in the user interface. Version 1.22 is now available as a stable release.

The biggest new addition is that for the first time, Windows Terminal has a settings UI, working alongside, not instead of the existing settings JSON file.

You can make Windows Terminal open in the center of the screen & not on the top left corner via its Settings or using a Settings.json file.
