Erin Patterson, the Australian woman accused of killing three relatives with a meal of death cap mushrooms baked in a Beef Wellington lunch, has been found guilty of three counts of murder and the attempted murder of the lone survivor.

An Australian woman murdered her husband's parents and aunt by lacing their beef Wellington lunch with toxic mushrooms, a jury found Monday at the climax of a trial watched around the world.

Erin Patterson, 50, invited Don and Gail Patterson, both 70, and Gail Patterson's sister, Heather Wilkinson, 66, to the fatal lunch on 29 July 2023.
