Sam Reinhart was ruled out by the Florida Panthers for Game 4 of the Eastern Conference finals on Monday, the second consecutive game he has missed since getting hurt earlier in the series against the Carolina Hurricanes.
“What I take from it is we won three, but it doesn’t take three to win a series,” Panthers star winger Matthew Tkachuk said. “That’s the simplest answer I’ve got. We need one more, and it’s the hardest one to win.”
The Florida Panthers are getting healthy, including Sam Reinhart, as they try to close out their series vs. the Carolina Hurricanes.
The Panthers scored five goals in a 9:08 span of the third period, pummeling the Hurricanes 6-2 in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference final and getting one win from a third straight Stanley Cup
The Panthers are averaging 4.78 goals per game on the road this postseason, according to CBS Sports Research. That is the most in Stanley Cup playoffs history (min. 8 games). The three teams that rank below the 2025 Panthers in all-time playoff road goals per game all won the Stanley Cup.
