Flood threat to increase this weekend for Texas towns still recovering from deadly July 4 floodingAfter more than a foot of rain caused historic flash flooding across South Central Texas on the morning of July 4, conditions are expected to deteriorate once again heading into the weekend.
After catastrophic floods hit Texas' Hill Country, many are asking about preparations for the next big flood. Jason Allen spoke to Jay Banner, climatologist at University of Texas at Austin, on the banks of the Guadalupe River.

The Houston Texans were the first to announce their donations on Saturday, July 5, with more coming throughout the week. The Dallas Cowboys and the NFL Foundation joined the Texans on Sunday, July 6, with each contributing $500,000 in a $1.5 million total donation.
