The Long Island man who was killed in a freak MRI machine accident was sporting a staggering 20-pound chain necklace adorned with a padlock at the time of the tragedy, his grieving wife said. Keith McAllister, 61, died after suffering several heart attacks following the bizarre incident at Nassau Open MRI in Westbury last Wednesday.

The 61-year-old was wearing a large metallic chain around his neck when he was drawn into the machine, Nassau County police said. He later died of his injuries.
