Young campers and a dad saving his family were among the dozens killed in the historic flash floods that tore through central Texas over the holiday weekend.

The family of Kansas City Chiefs owner Clark Hunt is grieving the loss of a 9-year-old girl who died in the flash floods in Texas over the weekend. According to FOX 4, Janie Hunt died after Camp Mystic,

The Hunt family is grieving after the devastating flooding tragedy in Texas. The death toll stands at 70 from massive rains in central Texas that led to catastrophic July 4 flooding of the Guadalupe River — and the losses includes 9-year-old Janie Hunt.

Several organizations are accepting donations for those impacted by the floods, as well as first responders and volunteers.
