The Jayhawks, winners Sunday at UCF, have been dealt a change in travel plans because of the Midwestern snowstorm.

The Kansas Jayhawks basketball players were downright dejected after a one-point loss to West Virginia on New Year’s Eve at Allen Fieldhouse. KU has won 321 games and lost just 19 times at the fieldhouse during the 22-year Bill Self era.

The Kansas Jayhawks lost their first conference opener since the 1990s on New Year's Eve, and they take to the road to try and wash off the memory of that game. Unfortunately for them, the location is Orlando, where the Jayhawks suffered a huge upset in the first season that the UCF Knights were in the Big 12.
