Measles cases are popping up across the United States, including an outbreak in Texas that has led to the death of a child.

Texas now has 146 reported cases of measles statewide. Officials in San Antonio warn hundreds, if not thousands of people may have been exposed to a single infected patient. Doctors say the best protection against infection is vaccination.
