Elon Musk's Tesla launched a new higher-priced version of the Model Y, its best-selling car, in the United States, Canada and Europe on Thursday, weeks after it was first released in China.

After all the rumors and leaked images, the refreshed Tesla Model Y aka Juniper is finally available to order in the U.K., Europe and the U.S. Here are the key changes.

According to Semafor, the Tesla Model Y was the best selling EV in the world during the first half of 2024, which put it well ahead of China-based BYD’s Song. The Model Y had sales of 546,000 during the period.
