Andrew Benintendi hit a two-run double in Chicago’s six-run sixth inning and the White Sox handed the Texas Rangers their sixth consecutive loss with a 10-5 victory.

The Chicago White Sox took advantage of some Texas Rangers miscues in the sixth inning to rally for a 10-5 win Saturday. They’ll go for the sweep Sunday.

The Texas Rangers and Sam Haggerty will hit the field against the Chicago White Sox and Miguel Vargas on Sunday at 2:10 p.m. ET, in the final game of a three-game series at Rate Field.

It was a pretty good weekend for the White Sox. Actually, it was darn near great until Sunday, when the Rangers rallied for three in the ninth off Jordan Leasure, erasing a one-run deficit and then hanging on for a 5-4 victory at Rate Field.

Cannon missed his scheduled start with back tightness, but the Sox scored six times in the sixth inning, thanks to ugly play by the Rangers.
