Rep. Linda Sánchez won her reelection bid for California’s 38th congressional district. Sánchez, D-Downey, defeated Eric Ching, a Republican candidate, in Tuesday’s contest. The contest was called by The Associated Press just before 1 a.m. Wednesday, local time.
