ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) - Organizers said the city’s first Mimosa Festival is an adult version of the City Market and it took place under the same pavilion as the summer staple.

Proceeds from this event went to support the Miracle Mile Rockford to connect businesses together and give them the resources they need to thrive.
