Vanderbilt baseball advanced to the SEC tournament championship game with a 10-0, seven-inning, run-rule win over rival Tennessee in the semifinals May 24. The Commodores (41-16) got their third win over the Vols (43-16) this season as they won the series between the two teams at Lindsey Nelson Stadium earlier in May.

He slugged a go-ahead homer in the ninth inning then bashed the two-run double that lifted UT to the win.
