The University of North Texas (UNT) has moved to remove words like "race" and "equity" from its course names following the state's DEI ban.

Amid a recent wave of DEI-related modifications across higher education institutions, the University of North Texas made at least 78 changes, like removing the words "race," "equity" and "gender" from course titles and descriptions.
