According to the Election Commission (EC), the overall turnout across the state reached 64.86 percent, edging past the 3.9 percent recorded during the 2019 Assembly elections. Polling for the first phase of Jharkhand's assembly elections, bypolls in 33 assembly seats across 11 states and the Wayanad Parliamentary seat in Kerala is set to begin today, i.e., November 13.

Voting will take place from 7 AM to 5 PM on November 13, except at 950 booths, where polling will end at 4 PM.
