Unregistered vehicles are a common sight across the Las Vegas valley and residents in the northeast valley told 8 News Now they haven’t seen much action being taken to combat the issue.
The crash happened around 11:10 p.m. on Feb. 6 in the area of Stewart Avenue east of Pecos Road, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
