East Hartford police are investigating a car theft involving two minors that led to a parked car crash on early Thursday morning. One of the minors have since been arrested, while the other remains at large.

EAST HARTFORD, CT (WFSB) - Two suspects fled police after stealing a vehicle in East Hartford early Thursday morning. East Hartford police said they managed to arrest one of them, but the other remained on the loose. Officers said they attempted to stop the suspects on Brewer Street at around 3 a.m.

East Hartford police are investigating vandalism and they are looking for two people who are believed to be involved. The vandalism happened on Montague Circle and the vehicle the people were in left the scene,
