Hundreds of frozen waffle products sold in leading retailers including Walmart and Target are being recalled because of possible contamination by the listeria bacteria, according to the manufacturer.

TreeHouse Foods issued the recall; waffles were sold under Walmart, Target, and Publix store brands among other retailers.

The frozen waffle recall includes major brands like Best Choice, Good and Gather, Great Value, Hannaford, Kodiak, Publix, Simple Truth and more.
