The Las Cruces City Manager, Ifo Pili, appointed Jeremy Story as the Chief of the Las Cruces Police Department. Story has served as the interim police chief for the department since July.

City Manager Ifo Pili told council members the vote would help the city and theater leadership work in good faith to come to an agreement on creating a sustainable future for the center.

He's missed so much school because of recruiting trips and he spent a week in Las Vegas with his uncle Ifo (Pili, a former Cougar lineman, to watch his Ifo play in a senior All-Star Classic game).
