SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - Thousands of dockworkers at the Port of Savannah and across the eastern seaboard walked off the job Tuesday. The strike comes after negotiators between the union for longshore workers and the group representing marine cargo carriers failed to agree on a new labor contract stoking fears of a nationwide supply chain disruption.
