The Warriors were hoping that, after a first-round matchup against the Rockets that hit a speedbump with a pelvic injury to star forward Jimmy Butler, they could get through the second round against the Timberwolves with a healthy roster.

Though Jimmy Butler 's injury to his pelvis after a difficult fall in Game 2 of the series was one of the defining aspects of the matchup against the Warriors--who gutted out a win behind 36 points from Stephen Curry with Butler out--for the most part, the Warriors escaped the series unscathed.
