Microsoft is fixing that today—the company finally has a download page for the official Arm release of Windows 11, linked to but separate from the ISOs for the x86 versions of Windows.
Windows 11 ISOs for PCs with an Arm64 processor are now officially available, but older Snapdragon laptops will need to jump through additional hoops to get them working.
Various RetroArch cores require extra folders. Any folder mentioned below in this wiki would need to be created inside the RetroArch BIOS folder.
