Shane Steichen is ready to start his third season as coach of the Indianapolis Colts and he's already making changes.

Shane Steichen will remain the head coach of the Indianapolis Colts entering the 2025 season -- his third at the helm -- team owner and Jim Irsay announced on Sunday. Irsay also said that general manager Chris Ballard would also be retained.
