MISSOULA — Weather Conditions today will remain dry and chilly until later tonight. Starting around 8 PM, a cold front will move in from Canada and sweep from the top of western Montana to the bottom.

Metro Denver communities are opening cold weather shelters and warming centers ahead of this weekend’s winter weather, which is forecast to drop up to 5 inches of snow on the city.

A warm air mass will move into Manitoba on Friday early in the morning, bringing warmer temperatures and snow.
