Liverpool has reportedly set its Darwin Nunez price this summer as the Reds look to offload the misfiring striker, with Napoli said to be interested in a deal for the forward.

A sale of Nunez would help Liverpool recoup some of the fee they paid for Wirtz but also allow them to go after other targets such as Parma defender Giovanni Leo. The Reds are looking to strengthen at centre back having sold Jarell Quansah to Bayer Leverkusen.

Nunez is thought to have given the ‘green light’ to a move to Naples, but the Italian club will have to meet the Premier League champions’ demands if they are to prise him away from Merseyside. Lorenzo Lucca, the Udinese forward, has been earmarked by Conte’s side as an alternative option if the Nunez negotiations take too long.
