Penn State York is reacting after a video surfaced showing one of its advisory board members repeatedly using a racial slur during an argument. The video was posted Sunday on X from a newly created handle: @YorkpaRacist. A man who identified himself as an attorney for Jonathan Spanos said this video is from about three weeks ago.
