The West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals has ordered a retrial in the case of a man convicted of a 2020 murder in Fairmont.

Two people were arrested last week and are facing charges after deputies with the Preston County Sheriff’s Office say they found multiple drugs while executing a search warrant on a home.
