An Eagan massage therapist is charged with sexually assaulting three clients since May. The latest criminal complaint, filed Monday in Dakota County District Court, says 32-year-old Johnny Le of Richfield raped a woman on Dec. 20 at his massage studio, located in an office building along Nichols Road, east of Cedar Avenue and south of Cliff Road.
