An Oregon judge has sentenced former NBA player Ben McLemore to more than eight years in prison for raping a woman at a house party in 2021

Former NBA player Ben McLemore has received his prison sentence after being found guilty of rape last week. McLemore has been sentenced to 100 months in prison, which is a little more than eight years, according to TMZ. Last Thursday, the former top-10 NBA draft pick was found guilty of raping a woman at a party in Lake Oswego, Oregon in 2021.

A jury found McLemore guilty of first-degree rape, first-degree unlawful sexual penetration and second-degree sexual abuse one week prior.
